Buy with peace-of-mind knowing that you have 30 days to make your decision. Don't like it? Not as expected? No Problem! Use Broadway Pro Scooter's easy returns system for a simple, smooth refund. No excuses necessary.
Request:
Head over here to start a return. Yes, that's it.
Return:
Repackage your new unused merchandise with all original product packaging, tools, manuals and warranties. Take it to the local post office as prompted by our returns system, or affix your label on the box and hand it to your carrier.
Refund:
Broadway Pro Scooters will inspect your return and issue a refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
What Can Be Returned?

All Items that are unused, can be returned in its original packaging. If you received defective merchandise or a wrong item, please contact customer service immediately upon receipt of your order to arrange for a replacement.

The following items can NOT be returned:

  • Custom Scooters
  • Bars that have been cut as per the customer's request.
  • Items that have been installed by our team as requested by the customer, such as griptape on a deck, grips on a bars, etc.
