Where We Ship:
We ship throughout the United States of America, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, and the UK. We are currently working on expanding our shipping network to include other countries worldwide.
SHIPPING IS FREE for orders over $99 that are shipped to destinations within the contiguous 48 states and are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground delivery. Offer does not apply to PO Boxes and to APO/FPO addresses.
For orders shipped to Canada, Australia, France, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, and the UK., or if the order total is less than $20, a standard shipping fee will be charged. Addressee is responsible for all applicable customs fees and duties.
When We Ship:
We try to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed, subject to credit card approval, Monday through Friday.
How We Ship:
USPS and UPS are our carriers of choice. We ship via United States Parcel Post to addresses where other shipping services can’t reach.
Note that for your protection orders being shipped to an alternate address (shipping address different from the billing address) may be delayed due to address verification.
At Broadway Pro Scooters, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Broadway Pro Scooters within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
Immediately inspect the merchandise upon receipt, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund (less the shipping charge). You'll need the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. CDs, DVDs and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
If you are returning merchandise due to an error on our part we will assume full responsibility and pay for return shipping (via ground carriers only) and the replacement shipping cost to you.

The following items can NOT be returned:
- Custom Scooters
- Bars that have been cut as per the customer's request.
- Items that have been installed by our team as requested by the customer, such as griptape on a deck, grips on a bars, etc.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Broadway Pro Scooters provides the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased within 30 days of purchase.
Broadway Pro Scooters only collects local sales tax on orders shipped within NY State. For areas outside of NY State, please check with your local tax authorities regarding any local sales tax liabilities. Canadian customers, please note that Broadway Pro Scooters is not responsible for duties and GST. You are advised to consult your local government import office if you have questions.
We respect our customers’ privacy and therefore we do not warehouse credit card information online. (That’s why for every purchase you must input credit card information)
We do not share or sell any customer information to any other company, it is strictly for our own business purpose.
Products that are not eligible for free Shipping, Shipping and Insurance are not included on prices of items listed on our website.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
